⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased a Grasshopper 900D from Maycrest Hardware and had an outstanding experience working with Kyle Adair. I shopped around and received multiple quotes before making my decision. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and completely straightforward throughout the entire process. He answered every question I had, revised the quote several times as we worked through exactly how I wanted the mower equipped, helped with the Sheffield 0% financing and military discount, and made the entire purchase easy from beginning to end. What impressed me most was that Kyle wasn’t just trying to sell me a mower. He worked with me to make sure I was getting the right machine and equipment for my needs, and his communication and follow-through were excellent. The Grasshopper 900D has now been delivered, and I absolutely love the mower. I’m very happy that I chose to buy locally from Maycrest Hardware, where I know I’ll have someone I can count on for parts, service, and support down the road. I have been going to Maycrest for years and they make Valet keys cheap so you don't lock yourself out of your car and they send Birthday cards and Mother's day cards with coupons if you give your info. They also repair vacuum cleaners and even cut boards for me once even though they really don't gave the set up to do it.
Great store and friendly staff who always help me take care of any DIY home improvement projects. They also have an online store for when you don't have time to shop in person, I recently found a great deal on a garden hose and had it delivered right to my door!

I’ll never shop a big box hardware/home improvement store again because of the wide variety of products and services and friendly and knowledgeable staff that Maycrest Hardware has. Kyle has helped me on many occasions with the smallest of projects to the largest. Great local hardware store! Stopped in a few days ago to get some items for a few repairs around the house. The team was very helpful and friendly! My kids also loved getting some popcorn while I looked around. Will definitely be using them as my go to store going forward.

Rather than go to a big box store for my purchase, I chose to visit Maycrest hardware where Matt's expertise provided me with the knowledge necessary to replace my shower valve insert. He provided everything I needed from the best worry free valve and the easiest to use tools to successfully complete the repair at a fraction it would have cost to hire a plumber. I highly recommend you patronize their place.

It’s so refreshing to see a business that still has proper customer service that we’ve seemed to have lost over the last decade. I walk in and I’m immediately greeted by somebody asking if I needed any help. They brought me over to the right area to get my vacuum repaired, and Butch behind the counter was fantastic. This place is all about customer service and satisfaction. They went way out of their way yesterday by giving me a peice from a new lawnmower in their store that I had lost on my mower. He looked it up in the computer and I figured he was going to order it for me but instead he said he would give me what I needed now off an in-store model and when the peice comes in, he'll replace it on the new mower in the store!! Amazing, honestly. There's always someone that is there to escort you around the store and find what you need. Very happy that ive been coming in the store for 30 years.. this review is long over due! +1
